Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and specials. Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental Chef, preferably in cafe settings. Extensive knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Certification from a culinary institution is a plus.
